We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staffing Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk to join our team at Extended Care Clinical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing and supply needs to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure adequate coverage and meet facility needs.
• Coordinate with facility leadership to maintain optimal staffing ratios and ensure effective communication.
• Recruit and retain staff to meet facility needs.
• Order, stock, and inventory nursing supplies to maintain a well-stocked supply room.
• Unload and put away new stock, maintaining a clean and organized supply room.
• Understand and maintain budgets and PPDs to ensure efficient supply management.

Requirements

• Current Illinois CNA certificate.
• Working knowledge of scheduling software and email systems.
• Experience working in long-term care settings required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and make independent decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.
