As a Cardiac Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Cardiac Perfusion businesses within assigned territories. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and unit goals, promote our portfolio to existing and competitive customers, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly strategic sales plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Shamrock Surgical's products to existing and competitive customers based on a strategic plan.
  • Create a detailed forecast with customer commitments as a measure of success.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new and existing customers consistent with established sales plans and key accounts.
  • Maximize revenue potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and develop business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and information on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing.
  • Coordinate customer activities at all assigned meetings.
  • Train and educate customers on the safe and effective use of products covered by Shamrock Surgical.
  • Complete all administrative reporting accurately, in a timely manner, and in the requested format.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree mandatory in Science or Business.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Track record of success in high-pressure selling environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding selling and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively forecast results.
  • Ability to successfully plan and manage accounts.
  • Ability to develop and successfully follow through with a strategic plan.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Travel Requirements

">

This role requires extensive travel, with a minimum of 75% travel time.
