Responsibilities:

Represent a broad range of clients in patent litigation, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation. Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications. Prepare non-infringement, freedom to operate, and patentability opinions. Assist clients in obtaining patents for a variety of fields, including biotechnology, life sciences, and chemical technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Hatch Waxman litigation experience from a law firm setting
  • Technical degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience drafting briefs and participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery
  • Excellent academic credentials
