Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Janitorial Associates play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores. As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store looks its best and provides a great shopping experience for our customers.
About the Position:
The Janitorial Associate will work closely with other teams to maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other high-traffic areas. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Compensation:
Our competitive hourly rate is $17-$25 per hour. Additionally, you will receive extra compensation for performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and more.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and physically perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
