**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to oversee our long-term care unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and guide Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants in providing exceptional patient care

• Participate in direct patient care as needed, administering medication and modifying treatment plans to meet individual needs

• Re-adjust and reorganize staff as required to meet facility needs

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State

• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

• 3 years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience
