Job Summary The Residential Plumbing Specialist will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of plumbing systems in residential environments. This role demands strong technical skills, outstanding problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
  • Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues or malfunctions.
  • Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Perform repairs or replacements of defective components.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Advise clients on plumbing system maintenance and efficiency optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Plumbing Technician or in a similar capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
  • Expertise in diagnosing plumbing issues and executing repairs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
