Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and practices, including cloud computing, big data, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and DevOps.
  • Ability to translate complex technological challenges into business solutions, with a focus on growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders and customers.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and data protection strategies; experience with compliance and regulatory standards across the globe.
