As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant by overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, managing profit and loss cost centers, and ensuring the restaurant is optimally staffed and employees are fully trained in all facets of their job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH operations
  • Manage profit and loss cost centers
  • Ensure the restaurant is optimally staffed and employees are fully trained in all facets of their job
  • Work with the management team to respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • Assist with local marketing and advertising efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Manage financials, including P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years current Restaurant Manager experience at a Full Service concept
  • High volume background - Restaurant Manager candidates must have experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant Assistant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
