As a skilled RN-Head Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leadership on our Med/Surg 6 Tower unit at Baptist Memorial Health Care. Responsibilities- Assess patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide education to patients and families on medication management and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RN in a similar setting or specialty area.
- Current RN licensure and computer literacy.
