Responsibilities:
Assess patients to identify their health needs and develop individualized care plans
Implement care plans through the administration of medications, wound care, and other interventions
Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi
BLS certification within 14 days of hire
Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
