  • Tool Selection: Choose the right cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders for CNC Swiss machining operations, and conduct tool changes and adjustments as needed.
  • Material Loading: Load raw materials into CNC Swiss machines, ensuring proper alignment and securing materials for machining.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications, and perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to CNC Swiss machining, such as tool wear, chip evacuation, and machine malfunctions.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC Swiss machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components, and report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds
  • Exposure to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
