    • Set up CNC Swiss machines, including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine parameters to meet production requirements.

  • Programming:

    • Program CNC Swiss machines using CAM software, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring accuracy in machining processes.

  • Tool Selection:

    • Choose appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders for CNC Swiss machining operations.
    • Conduct tool changes and adjustments as needed during production.

  • Material Loading:

    • Load raw materials into CNC Swiss machines, ensuring proper alignment and securing materials for machining.

  • Quality Control:

    • Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

  • Troubleshooting:

    • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to CNC Swiss machining, such as tool wear, chip evacuation, and machine malfunctions.

  • Machine Maintenance:

    • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC Swiss machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components.
    • Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
