**Job Summary**

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Specialist to join our team in Westminster, CO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing limited electrical assembly of products, including reading and following manufacturing procedures and prints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work within a team environment to assemble products, including small parts and using a microscope as needed.
  • Develop basic job skills required for advancement and growth, including mechanical assembly and hand tool usage.
  • Ensure quality meets or exceeds customer expectations by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with packaging and working from blueprints as needed.
  • Work overtime as required, with a goal of decreasing overtime in the future.
