Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an In-Store Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Golden Goose team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to our customers through artistic customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artistic Customization: Utilize your artistic abilities to create unique and personalized items for our customers, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Brand Storytelling: Develop a deep understanding of the Golden Goose brand and values, and effectively communicate this to customers through engaging storytelling.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information and accurately describe items and customization options to customers.
• Customer Service: Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and a high level of customized customer service.
• Co-Creation: Collaborate with customers to create special and unique items through our 'LAB Experience'.
• Team Player: Participate as a valued member of our team, supporting sales goals and maximizing sales.
• Procedure Adherence: Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel: Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating, selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, and client outreach.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Artistic Skillset: An artistic skillset, including painting, drawing, sketching, or doodling.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Customer Focus: Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Strong team player.
• Language Skills: Other languages a plus.
