You will also utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills to perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial and residential HVAC/R equipment as needed.

This position offers a competitive starting wage of $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with opportunities for overtime. Additionally, you will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as holiday and vacation pay.

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • A desire to develop and grow in the HVAC industry
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in tight, open, high, and low spaces and on a ladder
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to work in variable weather conditions
