Pioneer Human Services is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Reentry Center Monitor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting residents in their transition back into community life.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure program and facility safety by monitoring resident movement and verifying employment.
- Support structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration.
- Maintain a continuous state of alertness and awareness to ensure control and security of the facility and residents.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass and maintain security clearances as required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP).
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Two-year college level education.
- 6 months of experience working in the human services or criminal justice and/or correctional system(s), including internships and/or volunteer placements.
- Retirement plan: Pioneer contributes 3.5% of an employee's annual compensation into retirement plans. An additional 3.5% match is offered to those who contribute 6% on their own.
