About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform repairs as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits.
  • Ability to work with high-speed equipment and electric-pneumatic controls.
  • Experience with welding, machining, and other maintenance-related skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
