**Compensation Package**

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, plus an additional $4 per hour weekend differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and pet insurance.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pulmonary Med/Surg team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work a 6:30 am-7:00 pm shift on Saturdays and Sundays, with one day off during the week. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

The LPN will function under the supervision of an RN Team Leader and perform delegated tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing patient care in compliance with department and hospital policies and procedures
  • Participating in the implementation and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Alabama
  • An associate's degree in nursing or higher
  • Basic life support certification
