About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
