Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to $405K per year, with no state tax. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance of $30,000, a sign-on bonus of 15% of base salary (negotiable), and a retention bonus of 10% of annual salary at the 2-year mark. We also offer student loan repayment options and a guaranteed yearly base increase of up to 5%.

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, flex spending, 401K, and disability coverage. We also offer paid time off, with a 400-hour carryover or cash payout of unused time, and 13 paid holidays.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

We are seeking a board-certified or fellowed psychiatrist to join our team, with a 50/50 split between adult and child patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, with a focus on providing high-quality mental health care. We offer a flexible schedule, with the option to choose a 4- or 5-day work week.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a highly qualified psychiatrist with a strong background in child and adolescent mental health. The ideal candidate will have a board certification or fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, with a focus on providing evidence-based treatments and therapies.
