Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to $405K per year, with no state tax. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance of $30,000, a sign-on bonus of 15% of base salary, and a retention bonus of 10% of annual salary at the 2-year mark. Our student loan repayment program is available, and we offer a guaranteed yearly base increase of up to 5%. You will also receive 400 hours of PTO, which can be carried over or cashed out twice a year, and time off increases with tenure. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, flex spending, 401K, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will work in a dynamic environment with a 50/50 split between adult and child patients. You will have 2 hours for child patients and 1.5 hours for adults. You will have the option to choose a 4- or 5-day work week, and you will see 14 patients per day in an 8-hour day. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a Board Certified or Fellowed Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team. If you are passionate about providing mental health services to children and adolescents, we encourage you to apply.
