Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of Financial Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensure that all banking operations are conducted in accordance with bank policies and procedures, and that all transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
- Provide guidance and support to Financial Associates on complex banking transactions and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash drawer balances, vault balances, and other banking operations data.
- Ensure that all banking operations are conducted in a secure and efficient manner, and that all customer information is protected in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other banking teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes in banking laws and regulations, and ensure that all banking operations are in compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of prior banking or cash handling experience preferred.
- 2+ years of prior supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory attributes, including excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are essential.
This position requires occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and regular sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee will occasionally stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Special vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
