Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows and Azure-based IT infrastructures, ensuring they align with the organization's technological requirements.
- Oversee IT core infrastructure with precision, regularly monitoring system health and performance, and implementing necessary security measures.
- Facilitate the integration of business systems by collaborating with various endpoints and developing automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous oversight of all project phases.
- Conduct system upgrades and maintenance, applying necessary patches and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze system performance to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support, addressing escalated issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their technology needs effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, accurately recording changes and providing regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to independently manage projects or work within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate project tasks and priorities.
- Innovative thinking to develop long-term solutions for end-user challenges.
- Ability to perform under pressure while meeting targets and service level agreements.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Desire to engage with emerging technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, organized, and methodical.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite, including Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, CAP, Exchange Online, and Endpoint Management.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting, Group Policy Management, DFS, and MS Failover Clustering.
