Club Pilates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our studio team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including revenue growth, new member acquisition, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales.
- Manage and grow multiple streams of revenue, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Lead and motivate a team of instructors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Ensure all studio operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
- 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a management role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in ClubReady software and other relevant tools.
