Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Newell Corporation in Arlington, WA. As a metrology-focused inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting formal first part inspections, in-process inspections, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of quality documents throughout the product life cycle. You will be working primarily with metrology-based inspection tools such as CMMs, laser trackers, and articulating arms.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards. A solid grasp of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and their practical applications is also essential. Ideally, you will have 1+ years of experience using articulating arms for measuring activities in a production environment and 1+ years of experience using laser trackers for measuring activities in a production environment. Additionally, familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems and documents is necessary.

The compensation package includes an estimated hourly rate of $35-40.
