Front End Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product location and detailed information when needed.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and vacation.
  • Perform cashier "check-outs" and operate register when needed.
  • Perform Supervisor functions of voids and returns, price adjustments, IOUs (F-6) vs. invoicing and cancels transactions.
  • Assist checkers in comparing customer receipts to items on cart to avoid losses.
  • Efficiently use industry-specific software to resolve customer inquiries, price checks, inventory queries, and price discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Must pass drug screen.
  • Can lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18+ years old.
