Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Burger King, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
