Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following all company guidelines and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improving store operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds, as well as climb ladders and navigate store aisles.
