Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist in overseeing the company’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging written, graphic, and video content for social media channels.
  • Encourage audience interaction and participation through creative content.
  • Promote products and services in alignment with the established brand identity and social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with management to devise innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage a budget for social media promotions and advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Organize and archive all created content.
  • Draft and distribute e-newsletters to subscribers.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of content through scheduled posts.

Event Coordination

  • Research and identify potential event opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor events and local happenings.
  • Engage with local vendors for event logistics.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate event setup and breakdown tasks.
  • Manage the events calendar and provide regular updates.

Additional Duties

  • Support the tasting room and other departments during peak times.
  • Assist with event planning and execution details.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing or business management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms is essential.
  • Knowledge of photography and video editing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and design software is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
