- At least 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- IREM certification highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on improving operations and services.
- Physical stamina to perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
