The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with residents and families, and working with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care
- Provide education and support to residents and families
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
