Core Responsibilities
As an Insurance Client Support Specialist, your duties will include:
- Collaborating closely with our Producers to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients.
- Addressing billing inquiries, assisting with claims, and updating client records and coverage.
- Evaluating risk and coverage, reviewing, and modifying policies as necessary.
- Managing customer interactions through phone calls, in-person meetings, and written correspondence.
- Maintaining client activity records, processing payments, and overseeing accounts receivable.
Essential Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Dynamic, compassionate, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Aim to achieve measurable targets and bonuses.
- Possession of property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days.
