Core Responsibilities

As an Insurance Client Support Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Collaborating closely with our Producers to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients.
  • Addressing billing inquiries, assisting with claims, and updating client records and coverage.
  • Evaluating risk and coverage, reviewing, and modifying policies as necessary.
  • Managing customer interactions through phone calls, in-person meetings, and written correspondence.
  • Maintaining client activity records, processing payments, and overseeing accounts receivable.

Essential Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Dynamic, compassionate, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Aim to achieve measurable targets and bonuses.
  • Possession of property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
