Job Overview:

As the HR Specialist at INEOS Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in executing human resources strategies and initiatives across the company. Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR functions for INEOS Group Ltd
  • Deliver consistent HR services
  • Advise and support employees and management
  • Oversee recruitment processes
  • Compile HR reports and compensation proposals
  • Assist with payroll as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing sector
  • Preferred certifications: PHR and/or SHRM-CP
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
Physical Demands:
