Service Advisor/Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Advisor/Writer to join our team at Antwerpen Mitsubishi. As a Service Advisor/Writer, you will be responsible for greeting our service customers, scheduling service, and ensuring a professional service repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell, identify, and document service, maintenance, and repair services for customers
  • Schedule service to be performed
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended services and repairs
  • Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
  • Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Participate in required training and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries
  • Working knowledge of mechanical operations of vehicles
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
