Host - Xperience Ambassador

About the Role:

The Host/ess is a vital part of the Xperience XRG team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. This role requires a friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a focus on ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome and at ease.
• Seat guests efficiently, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Provide excellent communication and service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the host stand, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Familiarity with Opentable.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full-service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public.
