Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Host/ess to join our team, who will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and seating them promptly
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests feel valued and appreciated
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the host stand and surrounding areas
• Assisting with opening and closing side work duties as assigned
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license (not required but preferred)
• At least one year of related experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Familiarity with Opentable and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
