Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in broadcast operations, post-production, or digital supply chain. A minimum of 2 years in a support-oriented role with customer interaction. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel) for at least 2 years.
Preferred Attributes:
A strong eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies and challenges. Knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, MAC/PC operating systems, and network connectivity. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in training personnel and documenting standard operating procedures. Ability to support customer workflows through operations teams or help desks. Capability to manage multiple tasks and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interface with various departments, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware operations to resolve issues.
- Monitor the daily performance of computer systems.
- Consult technical manuals, engage with users, or conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues or provide technical support.
- Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or necessary software.
- Create training materials and procedures, or instruct users on the proper use of hardware or software.
- Refer significant hardware or software issues or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Execute commands and observe system operations to confirm correct functionality and identify errors.
- Install and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripheral devices, adhering to design or installation specifications.
- Assess software or hardware and recommend enhancements or upgrades.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Thursday: 8am-3pm in Office
Friday: 8am-12pm from Remote
