Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Access 2 Interpreters, LLC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Responsibilities:
  • Enter data collected from customers into our database system.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collect, analyze, and submit reports as required.
  • Monitor progress and accuracy of data entry tasks.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with customer service and dispatch experience preferred.
  • Types at least 60 WPM and possesses intermediate computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary, and a test may be administered during the interview process.
