- IEPs and Evaluations: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students with communication disorders in elementary and high school settings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Licensure: Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
