Job Summary:

Evaluate and treat patients requiring speech-language therapy in a dynamic and compassionate environment. As a Speech Therapist at Ascension, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for speech-language therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
  • Provide therapy interventions using standard therapy techniques and skills
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
