We are looking for a skilled and meticulous BIM Technician to join our forward-thinking engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage BIM models utilizing Revit, Bluebeam, AUTOCAD, and 3D modeling software for various engineering projects.

Qualifications:

2. At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Technician or in a similar capacity within a structural engineering firm.
3. Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Bluebeam, AUTOCAD, and 3D modeling.
4. Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
6. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
8. Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
