- Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of our pharmacy, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Staff Development: Coach, develop, and motivate our pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with our community partners, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure that we are meeting their needs and promoting our pharmacy business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- License: Current pharmacist's license in the state of Kentucky.
- Certifications: Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
- Experience: 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
