About the Role

As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on data center equipment
  • Conducting diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data center operations
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance data center efficiency
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • General facility duties, including cleaning and maintenance
  • Understanding and operating data center infrastructure, including network and electrical systems
  • Basic miner diagnostics and repair
  • Intermediate mechanical skills, including tool operation and maintenance
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Flashing firmware and software updates
  • Leading projects and initiatives to improve data center operations
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of experience in IT, computer hardware, systems engineering, network administration, or troubleshooting
  • Experience with Bitcoin mining farm operations is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
