Job Title: Produce Clerk II

At Festival Foods, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Produce Clerk II to join our team. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our produce is always fresh and of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring that all produce is properly displayed and rotated.
  • Ensure that all produce is fresh and of the highest quality, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking produce, ensuring that all products are properly stored and rotated.
  • Participate in inventory management, counting and reconciling inventory on a regular basis.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
