About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at FutureCare. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, and diet modification for our resident population.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement nutrition plans of care for each resident
  • Conduct timely nutrition assessments and complete MDS forms
  • Communicate nutrition plans to the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
  • Monitor nutrition programs and systems as part of our performance improvement program
Requirements
  • Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of Maryland
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience as a dietitian, preferred
  • Knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process and ability to apply all steps
  • Strong desire to deliver care in an empathetic and compassionate way
  • Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility highly desired
