We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who demonstrates a strong dedication to quality standards. As an essential member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet rigorous specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify product specifications through thorough inspections.
- Conduct visual and dimensional assessments of manufactured items.
- Implement necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with both company and customer quality requirements prior to product shipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee product dispatch.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
We prefer candidates with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, particularly those who have held quality control positions. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with your keen attention to detail, will be crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, such as 5S, is a plus, as is experience with manual handling or forklift operations.
Work Schedule: Initially, the role will involve day shifts from Monday to Thursday and Fridays. However, this position will transition to a rotational shift pattern, including shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am, providing flexibility in your work hours.
