Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Review daily schedules and floor activity reports to stay informed and anticipate customer needs.
- Accurately record customer and floor traffic information in the daily log, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to the appropriate parties, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area, adhering to Servco's high standards of appearance and professionalism.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist, and/or clerical experience.
- Ability to type 35 wpm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Dedication to customer service excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Servco's dress code policy.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
