**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, suggesting items and upselling to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the sales floor.
  • Verify identification for guests ordering alcohol and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
