About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Senior Branch Network Management Trainee in the National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability to business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational excellence.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer engagement, relationship building, and financial growth.
  • Resolve complex issues related to customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and business.
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports, assisting in hiring and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on team management, coaching, and development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to build and inspire a team, with a focus on adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance.
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan to empower employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners, and within the community.
