Key Responsibilities
  • IT Governance Framework Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust IT governance framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess IT-related risks, including cybersecurity, compliance, and operational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure to IT risks.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with IT leadership to define and execute IT strategies that support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance practices.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT governance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the IT domain.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT governance tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
